Who is supposed to take care of the roads in Ashmoor Parke?
Warren County owns all roads inside Ashmoor Parke. If there is damage to a road, you should contact Doug Gorman at (270) 535-7668. The more people that bring issues to the attention a Warren County representative, the more likely we will see action. Please contact the sheriff's department at (270) 842-1633 if inconsiderate neighbors park in such a way to block safe passage down our streets.
Who do I contact for street light outages?
Contact WRECC for any street light outages. For faster service, please make sure to note the street light number that is on the pole when contacting WRECC.
Who do I contact to add on to my existing house or putting up a fence?
The Homeowner's Association has an Architectural Review Comittee that reviews plans. Please email the HOA at
ashmoorparkehoa@gmail.com your contact information and requested change and someone from the Architectural Review Committee will contact you.
Who takes care of the park inside the subdivision?
Warren County Parks and Recreation. They mow and maintain the park area. Phone is (270) 842-5302.

How much are the annual dues? What is the deadline?
Annual dues are $100. The deadline for dues payment is at the annual Homeowner's meeting in February. There is a $100 late fee charged after that time.
